"Surfin' Bird" reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. It is a combination of two R&B hits by The Rivingtons, "Papa-Oom-Mow-Mow" and "The Bird's the Word".

El opening del primer anime serializado de 30 minutos de la televisión japonesa, Tetsuwan Atom, de Tezuka Osamu, de la mano de Mushi Productions, en su primera versión. La canción se llama "Tetsuwan Atom" (obviamente) y es cantada por el Kamitakada Shounen Gasshoudan (coro de niños).
